“It felt like we were visiting another age. The interior and exterior of The Pavilion is immaculate. The space really is an illustration of good taste.
The surrounding area is serviced by a range of restaurants and we enjoyed being able to stroll into Leith where life seems less orientated around the touristic buzz of the inner city.

“The Pavilion is a wonderful find - a real gem of a house, finished and furnished to an exceptionally high standard throughout. For anyone who appreciates Georgian style and attention to architectural detail, this new build house feels as if it has always been here. Not a large house, but comfortable and practical - good beds, top quality linen, a decent size modern walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen, very good washing and utility room, and good wifi. We loved the central location in Leith, with excellent restaurants and cafés just around the corner on the water-front, and very easy public transport into central Edinburgh (we were up here for the Festival and Fringe, and it was an ideal location). We will be coming back!”

“What a wonderful place to celebrate my 60th birthday weekend. Such a comfortable, stylish little house with everything we needed.
We really appreciated Kristin’s generosity with leaving basic supplies (and not so basic wine and shortbread!) and taking the time to show us around her beautiful home. Leith is a fascinating area to explore and we love the 22 bus! If only London buses were that frequent! ”

“I loved everything about this house; spiral staircase; underfloor heating, quality bedding massive shower downstairs and the open fire. The house was spotless! Little things like tea , coffee, milk , dishwasher tabs and a made up fire made a huge difference. Thank you guys - we had a ball!!”
